7:00 am Begin a New Day -many guests go for a walk or jog, usually with Cocoa, our chocolate lab
8:30 BREAKFAST -Martin & Carol start our day with a wonderful variety of nutritious breakfast foods
9:00 Morning Reflection & Discussion -breakfast discussion has become an important focal point of sharing, discovery, and growth
10:00 Life Coaching -an indepth look at your life and opportunities for change and growth
11:30 Spiritual Sessions -two sessions weekly:
1. Come to Believe: an exploration of varied forms of spiritual expression
2. Conscious Contact: a look at forms of prayer and meditation
1:00 LUNCH -an important part of getting back to a healthy, balanced diet!
2:00 Group Session -two hours twice weekly with professional facilitation and leadership
-sharing, caring, learning, healing
4:00 Back to Basics -important basics of the disease of addiction, recovery, support, and relapse prevention
-two 1.5 hr. sessions weekly
6:00 DINNER -our chefs will delight you and maybe even give you some cooking tips to take home! And those deserts!
7:30 pm Twelve Step Meeting -AA and NA meetings in the community twice weekly
Evening Time together as a group



Private time
-e.g. watching and discussion one of the many excellent resource films or DVD movies in our library

-quite time to call home, read, journal, work on an assignment, pray or meditate
-before the first week is out, you’ll experience the best sleep you’ve had in years!

-an opportunity for personal exploration and discussion; focus on Steps 2,3 & 11

Recreation Day
-a fun and healing time of enjoying various forms of music

-an opportunity to integrate smoking cessation into your recovery program should you choose

-Saturdays afternoons are fun times to experience yoga, art and nature walks

-a facilitated indepth exploration of a specific recovery topic

-

-experience having fun and loving life again!

-an important time to gather in celebration and say goodbyes to guests as they complete the program

-each guest receives a full, therapeutic massage once weekly; we suggest having a sauna first

-a full day is dedicated each week to recreation & leisure. Restore balance. Exercise and have fun clean and sober! See Recreation
Sunday Visiting -visiting hours are 1 to 4pm
     

Phone Calls: please limit to two per day; max 15 min each; use personal phone card for long distance.

Computer & TV: OFF by 10 pm weekdays; midnight weekends.
