We will arrange a private retreat just for you, or, together with your spouse or small group of up to 6, depending upon your needs.

Length of stays are flexible. Durations range from couple weekend retreats to individual programs of change from 7 to 42 days.

What You Will Receive

You will receive the very best, exclusive, luxury retreat  program available. This is a private resort for private exclusive programs or up to no more than six(6) guests at a time. You will be treated with dignity and respect, and have your own private bedroom.

Being small allows for the individual attention you deserve. You will not slip through the cracks here! You will have counsellors who are outstanding, and the most comprehensive retreat program possible. We will get to know you as our guest intimately, and will help you achieve your goals. You will feel our genuine support, trust, and compassion for you. Along with your new friends, you will enjoy great meals. You will even have some fun and recreation along the way too!

This is not a mental health institution that conducts psycho social rehabilitation or psychotherapy. As a part of your retreat, we offer counselling that supports you achieve your goals in your life. Your dynamic full-life program will include individual and (when applicable) small group sharing sessions, life coaching, spiritual exploration, music, artistic expression, yoga, meditation, and sauna.

Retreats:

Please contact us to disucss your individual needs. All retreats are all-inclusive with your own private bedroom, meals, individual attention, all sessions including counselling, and resource materials.

Deluxe Accommodation Retreats: All of the above, plus upgrade your stay to premium accommodation of a large master bedroom with ensuite, jacuzzi tub, large walk in closet, beautiful hardwood, and expansive balcony overlooking the most beautiful scenery in the world (additional 30%).

Detox: A Home Away does not provide detox or other such care. However, there are local medical detox beds in many communities including at a nearby healthcare institution (consult your doctor).

Refund Policy

As is common practice in related fields, paid fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment is your commitment to your retreat program, and to A Home Away Retreat. There are no refunds once you have made your commitment. Ambivalence is to be expected, and often last minute fear may result in procrastination, cancellation, or abandonment once into the program. Your commitment must be absolute for you to follow through and be successful, and for A Home Away to provide you a viable, strongly effective program.*

Confirming your Retreat Program

Full payment is required to confirm your booking and to hold a room for you. This is your commitment to A Home Away and to your recovery, and it is non-refundable and non-transferable (see Credit Policy).

The most expedient way to submit payment is by wire transfer or direct bank deposit. Please contact us for payment details.

Do You Require Financing?

A Home Away is a private retreat, and does not deal directly with insurance companies or other third party payors. However, should you require assistance with financing your program, one option is to apply for financial assistance through Medicard.
