A Home Away is for adult men and women with a desire to heal. In order for you to safely and effectively benefit from your stay, the requirements for attending are:
- 18 years of age or older
- clean and sober for at least several days
- medically stable*
International guests are welcome. A Home Away has helped adults of all ages and types from across Canada and the USA. Our guests come from far and wide; from British Columbia (BC) and Alberta to Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia; to Washington, California, New York or Florida. The Kelowna International Airport is only a short 25 minute drive away.
We are open to and embracing of all races, religious beliefs (or lack of belief), and ethnicities, regardless of social/economic class or sexual orientation.
